The RHKKA serves as a certifying and mentorship body for participating member instructors. The RHKKA strives to maintain the integrity of the Odo Legacy, while encouraging innovative approaches to preserve and promote the RHKK system. The RHKKA recognizes authentic instructors of the Odo Legacy, and endeavors to recruit, adopt, or develop dedicated instructors to carry the RHKK systems into the future

The RHKKA oversees and maintains an instructor training system to ensure the Odo legacy of martial arts will be passed on in a true and uniform fashion.

The Association certifies instructors by a network of mentorship, online learning, and seminar based instruction methodologies, to be globally recognized as the most highly skilled and proficient practitioners of the RHKK system.

This online course serves as one method to assist the senior instructor in preparation of his students to be certified instructors with the RHKKA.
